    We only provide take-away services in our store.

    At this time we don't offer shipping via cargo. We will publish on our instagram page when shipping is available.
  • Where should I store the cookies?
    Cookies should be kept at room temperature.
  • Can I keep the cookies in the freezer?
    If you dont plan on eating all the cookies within 3 days, you can store them in the freezer in an airtight bag and consume within 2 months.
  • How long do the cookies last?
    We recommend that you consume them within 3-4 days.
  • How can I reheat the cookies?
    Cookies taste better when warm! You can find easy reheating methods here.
  • What is the weight of your cookies?
    On average, one cookie weights 53 grams.
  • How many calories does one cookie have?
    220 calories on average.
  • What kind of fat do you use?
    We use only butter in all our cookies.
  • Do you have diabetic and gluten free options?
    Unfortunately, these 2 types are not available. We sometimes make gluten free fudge brownies. Follow our instagram page for the availability.
  • I'm allergic to nuts. Are your chocolate-only types suitable for me?
    Although we never use nuts in our cookies with dark, milk and white chocolate, it is useful to remember that all cookies are produced in the same place and allergens may interact.
  • Can I buy your cookies frozen and bake them myself at home?
    Yes! They are 10% cheaper to buy and can be baked in any type of oven easily with the baking guide we provide.
  • Do you grant “Jacqueline Cookies” franchises?
    At this time, we do not grant franchises.
  • Do you still have a store in Turkey?
