Our cookies are prepared with finest ingredients such as
Belgian chocolate, American sugar cane molasses, West African cocoa, Madagascar vanilla, and cage-free eggs.
We bake cookies - in small batches, and present them to you in their freshest, and most mouth-watering form.

In our shop, the first cookies of the day are ready at approximately 11:30, and then we bake them little by little and keep them fresh and warm by constantly renewing them until 18:30.
If you require a certain quantity of a particular flavour it is recommended to contact us 1 hour in advance.
We also offer local delivery by scooter through Wolt and E-food
OUR STORY
Our story began 48 years ago, when Jacqueline, who came from Belgium for a trip, fell in love in Turkey… Years later, Jacqueline and her son Nihat spent unforgettable moments making desserts together in the kitchen.
After years abroad, Nihat moved back to Istanbul. Inspired by those precious kitchen moments with his mother, he began experimenting again with his favourite dessert: cookies. After countless trials, he crafted a signature recipe—one that perfectly captures the soft, chewy texture and deep flavours, using only premium ingredients.
He founded Jacqueline Cookies in 2014 to share that passion. With time, the brand developed a following among expats and cookie enthusiasts. Jacqueline Cookies weren’t just a local treat—they were being packed into suitcases bound for other countries.
In 2025, Jacqueline Cookies closed its chapter in Turkey and found a new home in Thessaloniki, Greece—bringing the same passion to a brand-new city.
